Project Overview
Beginning in the Summer of 2023 Alec began managing the majority of the desing work for Davis based Non-Profit Cancer Champions. Managing and progressing the look of a young non-profit came with a multitude of design challenges. Conversations with the clients, partner associations, and vendors became a daily practice.
Contributions
As seen below, contributions included the entirety of the design and implementation for two major fundraising events.

One of the first orders of business was implementing a new brand guide to go along with the non-profits new logo. The client requested a new logo that had a more inclusive, light, and simple feeling.

An Evening with Champions

After completing the new brand guid the client had an upcoming event with the need for a name, an event logo that maintained a common look and feel to the new logo and a number of print items and graphics.

Cancer Champions Run/Walk/Roll

Cancer Champions had the need for another name and logo for a run that was upcoming. They requested a name and logo that once again held onto the new logo and the non-profits look and feel. They wanted to give the feeling of an inclusive, approachable event and to do so with an emphasis on the new logo. Below is what Alec came up with.

Most Run/Walks seem to lack an inclusion of those in wheelchairs, with the addition of the Roll aspect everyone should feel welcome to join. After the creation of the name and logo a number of deliverables were created.
