ALEC does his best to stay knowledgable of injustice in his community, but like most he finds himself continuously learning of them. After moving back to the Sacramento area after a number of years, there were some changes being made to neighborhoods he no longer recognized. Coffee shops, bakeries, vinyl stores and other places that ALEC forks through on google maps kept directing him to the area of Oak Park in Sacramento. The enjoyment of these goodies is not something he is shy about but after a conversation with a local Oak Park resident the cost of something other than an $8 croissant became evident.
